It’s time to step into your highest role.
Building on everything you've embodied in Solo Stars, the Advanced Troupe takes your artistry to the next level ~ guiding you through the conceptualisation, choreography, and production of full group acts that thread throughout the Wild Women show.
As part of the Advanced Troupe, you'll take the reins on creative vision, execution, working in a group, as well as developing the skills to hold space and produce events of your own.
You’ll weave your creative flair through the opening act, an interactive audience moment, and the finale, giving your skills to step up as a leader in both performance and production.
At the end of the container, you’ll get the opportunity to run & teach your very own dance workshop, supported by Wild Women!
Exclusively for Wild Women who have completed a Solo Stars container.
If you have been wanting to step further into teaching, creating and producing, whether for Wild Women or for your personal projects ~ this is the path!
Pre-course prep
1st September onwards
Receive your creative brief and kickstart the creative process with the group chat. You’ll have a moodboard, and song vibe to get the ideas rolling.
As part of the Advanced Troupe, you’ll get the opportunity to create for the opening act, the audience participation act, and a finale appearance.
WEEK 1 - 5 ~ Workshops
Sep 29th - Oct 27th, Mondays, 5-7pm, Mullumbimby
Workshops for our advanced troupe will be guided in the first half by Cha Cha Bang, and the second half will be self directed as you’ll have time to yourself to create, direct and brainstorm.
During the first half you’ll have the opportunity to lead a drop in, then go through the ins and out of creating a group act. You’ll be able to receive feedback and guidance on your progress so far, as well as Cha Cha Bang’s secrets to creation and space holding.

WEEK 4 ~ Nipple Tassel Crafting Day
October 25th, Northern Rivers
Craft elements of your costume on Nipple Tassel Crafting Day where you can either make another pair of nipple tassels or work on other costume elements such as headpieces or costume embellishments.
WEEK 6 ~ Exclusive Photoshoot
November 3rd - Northern Rivers
Advanced Troupe will have their very own exclusive photo & video shoot day, where you will also get the opportunity to design and produce your own shoot!
From venue scouting, liasing, moodboarding, and creative direction, you’ll be guided through the whole process of making your visual fantasy come to life.
Be captured by Hannah Wang, and receive professionally edited videos and photos.
WEEK 7 ~ Dress Rehearsal
10th November, Brunswick Picture House
This will be your opportunity to connect directly with the tech team to ensure the sound, lighting and music cues are flowing with the vision for your acts.
You will have time on the stage to map out your performance so that you can feel fully prepared for the big day!
WEEK 7 & 8 ~ Live Performances
November 13th, 20th, 21st, Brunswick Picture House
As veteran Wild Women performers, you’ll get to experience the live show in a whole new way! Performing multiple times throughout the night, and basking in the satisfaction of your own creative visions come to life.
WEEK 9 ~ Closing Circle
November 27th, Northern Rivers
An intimate closing circle of our special time together.
WEEK 9 ~ Hosting your own workshop!
November 30th, Mullumbimby
This will be your opportunity to apply all that you’ve learned by hosting your very own dance class! Supported by Wild Women and guided through the entire process, we’ll host a day of Wild Women workshops where you’ll get to share your own creative flair, teach your choreography, and be guide others in the signature structure of Wild Women classes.
